IOK Saturday School Registration Form
Welcome to IOK's Saturday School Registration Form. This form will allow you to select how many children you'd like to register, fill in the required info, and make a payment at the end. We have enabled this form to allow you to select between making the full payment upon submission or recurring payments allowing you to pay the total in 3 installments every 3 months.
Payment Method* Choose between paying the entire amount now or recurring payments. For recurring payments, the total amount will be split into 3 payments: 1/3 now and the final two installments will be charged separately every 3 months from the day of your submission.

First Student $750 + Second Student $725 + Third Student $700 = $2,175*
*Recurring payments will be 3 installments of $725
4 Students
First Student $750 + Second Student $725 + Third Student $700 + Fourth Student $675 = $2,850*
*Recurring payments will be 3 installments of $950
5 Students
First Student $750 + Second Student $725 + Third Student $700 + Fourth Student $675 + Fifth Student $650 = $3,500*
*Recurring payments will be 3 installments of $1,166.66
6 Students
First Student $750 + Second Student $725 + Third Student $700 + Fourth Student $675 + Fifth Student $650 + Sixth Student $625 = $4,125*
*Recurring payments will be 3 installments of $1,375
